According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that Kostad AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. The Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2023, ending on 31 December 2023, should be published until 31 May 2024 at the latest (five months after the end of the business year). Kostad AG published an ad-hoc-news on 27 May 2024 and announced, that the Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2023 will be published until 01 July 2024 presumably.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2023 of Kostad AG until 05 July 2024.
