According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that for the second time AVENTA AG has repeatedly breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. AVENTA AG published an ad-hoc-news on 17 September 2024 and announced, that the publication of the Annual Financial Statement as of 31.12.2023 needs to be postponed. So, AVENTA AG did not publish its Annual Financial Statement 2023 within the second extended publication period granted by Wiener Börse AG until 30 September 2024 already before.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2023 of AVENTA AG until 1 December 2024.
