According to the Rules direct market plus Wiener Börse AG informs, that AVENTA AG has breached the obligation to publish annual financial statements. The Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2023, ending on 31 December 2023, should be published until 31 May 2024 at the latest (five months after the end of the business year). AVENTA AG published an ad-hoc-news on 10 May 2024 and announced, that the publication of the Annual Financial Statement for the business year 2023 needs to be postponed for at least two months.
Wiener Börse AG decided to further extend the publication period for the Annual Financial Statement 2023 of AVENTA AG until 7 August 2024.
