(Vienna) In the future, the price data of the stock exchange of Macedonia (Macedonian Stock Exchange, MSE) will be disseminated in real time via the datafeed Alliance Data Highway (ADH) of the Vienna Stock Exchange, member of the CEE Stock Exchange Group (CEESEG AG). The agreement sealing the cooperation was signed by Ivan Steriev, CEO of MSE, and Michael Buhl and Heinrich Schaller, Management Board Members of Wiener Börse AG and CEESEG AG.
By including the Macedonian data in its portfolio, the Vienna Stock Exchange moved further in its endeavour to advance the consolidation of data dissemination in Central and Eastern Europe. Data vending customers of the Vienna Stock Exchange can now obtain data from eleven markets via a single interface. The data covers all of the CEESEG exchanges (Vienna, Budapest, Ljubljana and Prague) as well as the stock exchanges of Bucharest, Sarajevo and Banja Luka. Furthermore, data from the CEGH Gas Exchange of the Vienna Stock Exchange, the power exchange EXAA (Energy Exchange Austria) and PXE (Prague Energy Exchange) will also be disseminated via ADH. Currently, over 200 data vendors distribute the financial information and price data.
As of the end of September 2010, there were 164 companies listed on the MSE, with a market capitalization of around EUR 2 billion.
