RHI Magnesita listed on prime market as of 19 December

(Vienna) As of Monday, 19 December 2022, RHI Magnesita N.V. (ISIN: NL0012650360) will move to the prime market, the top segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange. With a market capitalisation of more than EUR 1.2 billion, the company is one of the 25 largest on the Austrian stock market. As the world market leader in refractories, RHI Magnesita N.V. offers services, solutions and products ranging from mining and recycling to production. The international company with legal domicile in Amsterdam and headquarters in Vienna enjoys the highest attention of analysts, investors and trading participants worldwide in the prime market. The shares can be traded continuously between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., supported by four market makers. All orders previously placed in the standard market will be declared cancelled and have to be entered again.

A total of 40 Austrian prime market companies commit voluntarily to meeting the highest transparency requirements. These include, for example, half-year financial reports according to IAS 34 standards and the declaration of compliance with a Corporate Governance Code.
