Vienna Stock Exchange News

New listing of :be AG in the direct market

(Vienna) The Vienna Stock Exchange welcomes a new company in the entry segment direct market. Shares of :be AG are exclusively tradable in Vienna as of today. Price determination is possible once a day in an intraday auction at 1:30 pm. The company group, headquartered in Lustenau, Vorarlberg, and active worldwide in the development and implementation of sustainable building concepts, is thus taking its first step onto the capital market. The holding company :be AG bundles the shareholdings in the architecture firm "Baumschlager Eberle Architekten" as well as "2226 AG", which acts as the marketer of the 2226 building concept. The buildings constructed according to this concept, do not need heating, ventilation and cooling.

The direct market and direct market plus segments, which were established in 2019, are well received. More than 30 companies from a variety of industries use the exchange-regulated Vienna MTF market (successor to the "Third Market"). This first step on the stock exchange offers small and medium-sized enterprises as well as expanding young companies the ideal starting point for a development on the capital market and for further financing via equity capital.
