Haldane McCall PLC starts trading on the Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange today

(Vienna) The holding company Haldane McCall PLC will be included in trading on the Third Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange starting today. The business activities of its subsidiaries that operate in Africa – mainly Nigeria – concentrate in the hotel industry, real estate and micro-loans. The Group has its registered office on the Isle of Man. The shares of Haldane McCall PLC are included in continuous trading and KochBank AG has agreed to act as a market maker and maintain liquidity.

Trading in financial instruments on the multilateral trading system (MTF), the Third Market, does not require any formal admission by the stock exchange. The provisions of the Stock Exchange Act regarding the admission of financial instruments to trading on a regulated market and the requirements for listed companies do not apply to financial instruments on the Third Market. However, the prohibitions of §§ 48b and 48c Stock Exchange Act apply.
