BNP Paribas joins the Vienna Stock Exchange as new trading member

(Vienna) As of today, BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C, headquartered in Paris, and BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C. in London joined the Vienna Stock Exchange as new trading members.  BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C. will take part in trading on the cash market of the Vienna Stock Exchange from its head office in Paris and subsidiary in London.

Additionally, BNP PARIBAS Securities Services S.C.A. with its headquarters in Paris and BNP PARIBAS Securities Services S.C.A. Frankfurt became direct clearing members of the Vienna Stock Exchange's clearing and settlement system for the cash market and will now also offer their services as general clearers.

This raises the number of international market participants to 58; the total number of Austrian and foreign investment banks admitted as members to the Vienna Stock Exchange is 97.
