(Vienna) As of today, AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG is listed under the symbol ACAG (ISIN: AT0000A325L0) on the prime market, the top segment of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The start of trading was preceded by the merger of the Greek subsidiary INFORM P. LYKOS HOLDINGS S.A. into AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG and the issue of new shares during this merger. All shares are now listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange and the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX). The market capitalization at the start of trading is around 244 million euros, the free float of the group is around 20%. Raiffeisen Bank International AG will act as a market maker for continuous trading.
The Austrian Group has international presence with exports in more than 50 countries and states to be among the leading providers of secure digital technology and payment solutions in Europe and internationally. One of the company's domestic flagship projects is being the prime contractor for the production of the Austrian healthcare e-card. Moreover, AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS produces almost all payment cards for the Austrian and CEE market. With today's addition, the prime market segment grows to a total of 41 companies that voluntarily commit to meeting the highest transparency requirements. On the second trading day, 24 March 2023, AUSTRIACARD HOLDINGS AG will be included in the indices ATX Prime, ATX Prime Capped 8 and the WBI.
