As a Lead Advisor, we support you before and during the process of going public. In this capacity, we are not influenced by any interests of our own since we do not act as an underwriter: We do not accept any stocks for placement.
- We provide consultancy services to shareholders and/or heads of companies regarding the issue of whether and under what conditions an IPO makes sense.
- You and your company will receive the best possible preparation for going public.
- In our capacity as project manager, we coordinate all the parties involved: shareholders, management, bookrunner, legal counsel, auditor, communications advisor, etc. What is more: We guide you through the transaction process up until the first trading day at the stock exchange.
Our Corporate Finance/M&A specialists have gained many years of experience in the fields of investment banking and project management and offer a strong network of relations on the capital market. We provide you with all the services necessary for preparing an IPO. In doing so, we make sure that the interests of shareholders and management are suitably represented at all times.
