We were founded in mid-2023 as a financial investor of Sparkasse OÖ Bank AG. Regardless of pre-defined maturities, we can customize each investment in terms of duration and its structure in a flexible manner and on an equal footing with the entrepreneur. We represent the seriousness and integrity of Sparkasse Group.
Criteria for financing
SMEs in Austria and Bavaria with turnovers of around EUR 5 million or more; positive cash flow sector-agnostic with particular interest in future technologies & ESG; minority shareholdings between 25 and 49%.
Volume of financing
EUR 1,000,000,- up to 10,000,000.-
