The Rosinger Group companies "Rosinger RMS GmbH" and "Rosinger Anlagentechnik GmbH & Co KG" operate as Capital Market Coach and Direct Funding Partner of the Vienna Stock Exchange. In most of their projects, the Rosinger Group acts as Lead Manager & Leading Licensed Advisor.

Under the direction of current CEO Gregor Rosinger, the Rosinger Group has been involved significantly in 69 listings, IPOs and an Index-Launch and more than 300 capital market projects world-wide since 1985. Within the last years, this was in cooperation with the Vienna Stock Exchange the Dr. Bock Industries AG (2016), the Cleen Energy AG (2017), the Rosinger Index ROSGIX (2017), the startup300 AG (2019), the NET New Energy Technologies AG (2019), the AVENTA AG (2020), the VOQUZ Labs AG (2021), the Kostad AG (2021), the VAS AG (2022) and the RWT AG (2023). As well as with Dr. Bock Industries AG as with Cleen Energy AG, startup300 AG, the NET New Energy Technologies AG, the Kostad AG, the VAS AG and the RWT AG the Rosinger Group and/or the shareholders of the Rosinger Group stepped in as an investor prior to the listing. Further private equity financing of the recent past have been e.g. the successful arrangement of EUR 7,500,000.- Mezzanine capital for Pandion (December 2017) and the successful takeover of 44 % (EUR 17,586,800.-) of the REA by a Holding of the Rosinger Group (2018). Current (12/2023) the Rosinger Group holds investments in many companies which are listed at the Vienna stock exchange and also in many international companies.
