Scope of services
We accompany your capital market financing from initial considerations (reorganisation, content of articles of association and syndicate agreements) through to the transaction itself (structure, prospectus, coordination with funding partners, admission to trading etc.) and preparation for upcoming regulatory issues. Until the necessary internal know how is built up, you can use our know how in the Market Abuse Regulation and the Stock Exchange Act based on a flat-rate fee.
