The stock exchanges of Vienna and Prague are linked under company law. But even beyond the close cooperation of the two market places, the Vienna-Prague Stock Exchange Group has an extensive network of partners.
As an infrastructure provider, the Vienna Stock Exchange supplies the markets of Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovenia with the trading system and complementary IT services.
For more than a decade, partnerships have been maintained with stock exchanges in the regions of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) up to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The Vienna Stock Eyxchange shares its know-how in the distribution of price data and index calculation with its partner exchanges. Cooperation agreements in the CEE and CIS regions have been concluded with the stock exchanges of Banja Luka, Belgrade, Bucharest, Budapest, Istanbul, Ljubljana, Podgorica, Sarajevo, Skopje, Sofia, and Zagreb as well as with the State Agency, the National Depository and the PFTS stock exchange in Kiev. Outside Europe, the Vienna Stock Exchange cooperates with the Almaty Stock Exchange.
