Employee Listing Bonds (m/f/d), 24-32 hours

To support our continued growth strategy and strengthen our team, we are looking for a highly motivated candidate for the Listings & Indices department with immediate effect. Your tasks:

• Admission/inclusion/admission to trading with a focus on international bonds
• Ongoing support for bond issuers
• Master data management of bonds and issuers
• Processing of current business transactions (e.g. early redemptions, cancellations, changes to the terms of issue, etc.)

What should you bring to the table to fit in with us?

• Completed commercial (or comparable) vocational training
• Interest in the stock market and securities
• Proactive work attitude and quick comprehension skills
• High level of commitment, flexibility and an independent, accurate and efficient way of working
• Interest in dealing with customers, high service orientation
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel)
• Previous professional experience in the securities back office area is of advantage

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees of companies in the field of services in automatic data processing and information technology (IT-KV) and is endowed with an annual gross salary of EUR 33,544 on a full-time basis. Depending on experience and professional training, there is a willingness to overpay. As a rule, an annual performance-related bonus is paid, although there is no legal entitlement to this.
