Reference data & dividend

The corporate objective is to build up a valuable real estate portfolio in Saxony, and the company concentrates primarily on individual units or smaller portfolios as well as emergency sales. Property selection is carried out in an automated valuation and reconciliation process, where objective characteristics such as location, purchase price, condition of the property, size, energy consumption and letting status are evaluated and compared with the total portfolio in a scoring procedure. There are plans for diversification according to location, type of property and size. Investments are made exclusively in residential properties, and no new construction or extensive renovation measures are planned.
