Wolfgang Anzengruber remains CEO of PALFINGER AG

The Supervisory  Board  of  PALFINGER  AG  has  renewed  Wolfgang  Anzengruber's
management contract, which expires on 31 August  2008,  for  a  period  of  five
years.

Wolfgang Anzengruber has been  the  CEO  of  PALFINGER  AG  since  2003  and  in
addition to his usual CEO responsibilities is also  in  charge  of  the  Group's
finances.
